About
Bridging Research and Strategy in International Affairs
I am an international consultant and award-winning researcher specializing in China’s foreign policy, cultural diplomacy, and strategic narratives. My work focuses on how emerging powers use culture and communication to reshape global governance and international perceptions.

With a PhD in International Relations from the University of Brasília (UnB), my doctoral research was recognized as the Best Thesis in the Humanities in 2024. Throughout my career, I have held visiting research positions at the University of Virginia (USA) and Beijing Foreign Studies University (China), allowing me to develop a deeply transnational perspective on Brazil-China relations.
